We use good quality gender-neutral wrapping paper. As a default, all orders placed in November and December are wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper, and all orders placed in other months are wrapped using a non-Christmas paper (eg for a birthday). If you prefer birthday paper in the run up to Christmas or Christmas paper at other times of the year, you can request this in the Special Requirements box on the Basket page.
If you're buying gift wrapped items for multiple recipients, we can attach small labels to each gift wrapped gift so that it's clear which gift is for which person. If you'd like us to do this for you, please let us know in the Special Requirements box, and list the products and the associated messages you'd like us to include.

Personalised Ceramic Mug with a coloured inner and matching handle can be personalised with any name up to 9 characters and with the Initial of the first letter of the chosen name. Names are printed to match the colour of the mugs which are available in a choice of Pink, Blue, Mint or Lilac. Select from a choice of 3 font styles and make each mug unique and personal to you!

11oz Mug with a Gloss Finish, microwave on low temperatures and dishwasher resistant up to 800 washes at 45°C

Sublimation

We name each item especially for you – we don’t etch the name or stick it on it’s permanent! Personalised by a process of sublimation which heat presses your chosen name or nickname into the coating giving a smooth, scratch-proof, durable finish.
